I waited to receive it and confirm it was only one unit before requesting another call and getting the system to send another. I don't think I saw anything or got a confirmation email until the next day. It definitely wasn't "immediately" like the call said. Of course, I got railroaded again by the exact same system, only this time a replacement order eventually showed up in my app… with quantity 1 despite the original order being quantity 2. That was on the weekend so I waited two business days, confirmed that there was no replacement on the way according to the Amazon app, and requested another call. I checked my email because it said they sent a confirmation but I got nothing. I complained out-loud that I ordered TWO and that I hadn't received anything TO return, but that's the moment their system hung up. I requested a call but got an automated system that said it would send a replacement "immediately" and then went on to describe the return procedure.
In the mean time, the price went up $5 each. Well, I didn't want to cancel so I waited a week before looking for help in the app. It seems the package of 2 just stopped moving between two local warehouses on the expected delivery day (June 19th) and the app just updated to say there was a delay and I could cancel after two days. Doesn't even show delivered in my app yet. I literally just got mine from the last frontpage deal minutes ago.
